When you look at the staffing levels at LCFC, if they are as good as they seem to be, demonstrates that the club is building for the future. Let’s hope so - there’s a very forward thinking positivity around the club at the moment.
 
Good luck to her. A great character. Saw her playing for City a handful of times. Centre back and captain, and it was interesting watching (and hearing!) her coaching the other players around her throughout matches.
 
One of the things we do seem to do well at the Club is give younger people a chance and a place to develop - it runs right through the Club.

Aside from the players, you look at the backroom staff, the Groundsman we got from Kiddy (youngest Groundsperson in the EFL), Liam was early 30's I think when he was appointed CEO, the media teams etc

You might see a high turnover in some areas but you look at where and what some of them do now and the Club should be proud of how they approach it.
 
The club are very proud of their record with employees moving to bigger teams. It means they get good recruits who know they can gain knowledge and experience to move on to better jobs.
 
It's a very positive sign of a healthy club ethos and in keeping with building a reputation as a community club. The visits to schools and hospitals are important, but the number of internships and career opportunities imo, equally or more so.

It demonstrates that 'community club' are more than mere words to be bandied about. I'm not vaguely interested in women's football or the inner machinations of the job description of a Lincoln Uni journalist intern, BUT it is great that many people are getting these life and career opportunities directly as a result of Lincoln City.

It matters and it makes real differences to these young person's lives.
